The villa, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers a splendid view of the sea, and consists of a double bedroom, welcoming and bright, bathroom with shower, modern and well-kept, equipped with all the necessary comforts, living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, with stove, fridge, oven and everything you need to cook in complete autonomy; terrace with sea view: one of the most fascinating corners of the villa, where you can have lunch outdoors and enjoy the view. The privileged position of Villa La Pavoncella, together with the shared swimming pool in the complex, offers the possibility of enjoying an unparalleled view of the crystalline sea of Stintino. The villa is a short distance from the famous beaches of the island, making every stay even more special. YOUR STAY INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas, the first supply of bed linen and towels, as well as the final cleaning of the villa. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200.00 will be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay, and the payment of the mandatory Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Stintino (the amount may vary depending on the season). In compliance with the environment and current regulations, separate waste collection and disposal in the appropriate containers is required.
