VOI Florio Resort is set in a lush 4-hectare natural park on the western coast of Sicily,overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare.It is located 34 km from Palermo,8 km from Palermo Airport and just 1 km from the fishing village of Terrasini.The resort enjoys a seaside position with direct access to a fine golden sandy beach via a path and two staircases.The beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas(subject to availability)and operates from 1 May to 30 September.Thanks to its strategic location,guests can easily visit famous destinations such as Palermo,Monreale,San Vito Lo Capo,Erice,Cefalù and the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.Surrounded by nature,the resort consists of 17 buildings with a total of 175 rooms and 6 Superior rooms,located on the ground or first floor and accessible via staircases.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning,TV,telephone,mini fridge and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.The main restaurant,located in the heart of the resort,features a panoramic terrace and offers buffet-style breakfast,lunch and dinner with show cooking.Mediterranean cuisine is served with local and regional specialties,vegan options,organic products and attention to food intolerances,including basic gluten-free choices.Theme dinners are regularly organized,and a dedicated area with specific menus is available for children.A lobby bar with an outdoor terrace near the swimming pool is also available.Entertainment and activities vary by season,ranging from soft daytime entertainment and live music in low season to a full program of sports,tournaments,fitness activities,shows,live music and DJ sets in high season.The resort offers several sports facilities.A 450 m2 wellness area with SPA experience with sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and a wide range of treatments(eith extra charge).
