The residence consists of 3 blocks of flats set on different levels, some with sea views. The complex is surrounded by greenery, with panoramic terraces on the stunning archipelago of La Maddalena, Corsica and verdant hills. The flats overlook the gardens, the surrounding green hills and the beautiful swimming pool. The centre of Baja Sardinia is only 4 kms away and it's well-known for its famous main square, its white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. The Residence is about 1.300 mts from Cala dei Ginepri and at 9 kms from Porto Cervo. The spacious and elegantly furnished apartments are placed on different levels and they are equipped with kitchenette, crockery and cutlery. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393480613016). For all check-ins scheduled after 10:00 pm, a mandatory supplement of €50.00 will be required. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival) UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The fee includes electricity, gas, water, bed linens and guest towels. Linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights. FINAL CLEANING: € 80.00 Bilo, € 90.00 Trilo, € 100.00 Quadri. a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a extra € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
