Baia dei Mirti Residence is located in Vignola Mare, in the municipality of Aglientu, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and facing a beautiful pine forest. Designed in traditional Gallura style, the complex consists of terraced apartments arranged around a central courtyard. Apartments feature independent entrances and are located on the ground floor, with furnished veranda and small garden, or on the first floor, with a furnished balcony. Facilities include reception, laundry, swimming pool and children's pool. The sandy beach and the services of Vignola Mare are approximately 800 metres away. LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance by calling +39 079097639 or +39 3271079161 to receive the key box access code. A contact telephone number is required. Reception is not guaranteed without prior notice, and a €50 supplement may apply. MANDATORY CHARGES (payable on site): Final cleaning: Studio (2/3 guests) €80; One-bedroom apartment (3/4 guests) €90. Guests must clean the kitchenette and dispose of rubbish; otherwise, a €50 supplement applies. Security deposit: €200, refundable after the apartment has been checked. PETS: Small dogs up to 25 kg are allowed and must be declared at the time of booking. An additional €50 cleaning fee applies.
