The Baia dei Mirti residence is located in Vignola Mare in the municipality of Aglientu. The complex is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub in front of a splendid pine forest and is conceived with harmonious architectural lines in perfect Gallura style. It consists of a courtyard-shaped residential area, where the apartments are located ground floor with patio/garden and first floor with balcony, divided into four bodies. In the central one there is the reception office, a snack bar and a small market, a laundry and the beautiful swimming pool with a children's pool. 800 meters away is the town of Vignola Mare, with its wide sandy beach end and the various services. The complex is made up of terraced apartments furnished in typical Sardinian style with soft colours, on the ground floor with veranda and small garden or on the first floor with balcony, with independent entrance and furnished outdoor spaces. ***Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance to the structure (tel. +39 3271079161) for code release KEY BOX for collecting the key; in case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of € may be requested 50.00. For arrivals after 8pm, the customer's telephone number is required. MANDATORY COSTS (to be paid on site at check-in) FINAL CLEANING: Mono 2/3 €70.00; Bilo 3/4 €80.00. Cleaning corner and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of €50.00. DEPOSIT (mandatory and refundable after checking the apartment): €150.00.
