Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this residence is set on a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 800 metres from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool. The residence is made up of 10 one or two-storey buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You will have free access to the pools, playgrounds and sports complex. There is a restaurant which is open from June to September. The residence is located 1 km from small shops and 3 km from the nearest supermarket. Mandelieu is a seaside residence with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities. Green Key-awarded.

Reception opening hours are daily except Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. For an additional fee, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April to November. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
