Type of cuisine:French; Opening hours:12:00-14:00 / 19:00-22:00; June 27 to July 24, 2015, our restaurant L'Instant M is open Monday through Saturday from 12PM to 2PM and from 7PM to 10PM. July 25 to August 23, 2015, it is closed for lunch and open for dinner from 7PM to 10PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

A modern take on the traditional French brasserie. In this relaxed setting, we offer you simple, high-quality gourmet cuisine that is inspired by the region.
