The 5-star Hotel de la Cite is a jewel in the MGallery collection, a magical 19th-century neo-Gothic masterpiece in medieval Carcassonne. There are 46 rooms and 13 suites, an outdoor pool and a shaded park. This is a hotel where hospitality goes hand in hand with exclusive gourmet cuisine by our chef Jerome Ryon in the Barbacane restaurant, along with superb views from the terrace.

Enjoy the mythical setting of our Library Bar in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The bar is the perfect place to sip on a cocktail or a glass of wine before heading to a table at one of our restaurants.

La Boulangerie de la Cité is a quintessentially French bakery, tea room & delicatessen located opposite the hotel. It is the perfect place to lounge about before or after exploring the alleys of the city.
