No details are overlooked, from the eclectic tapas menu to the large collection of “Barmacy” drinks – local medicinal mixtures of Dominica rum, local herbs, spices and fruits.

We invite you to dine at our beachfront restaurant that delivers sea to table fare with sophisticated simplicity. Our locally and internationally inspired creole dishes will delight during lunch. Perfectly situated adjacent to the main pool, Kwéyòl Restaurant offers a laidback charm and sunset ocean views from our terrace. We source all vegetables and herbs from our organic orchard and source our fish from local fishermen. With every bite, we are committed to giving back to our community.
