Restaurant
The Glass Designer Ioan Nemtoi was the inspiration for the restaurant. He designed the 4 fire frames and the unique glass bar. They are the eye-catcher and the optical centre of the restaurant. The culinary highlights are created by the awarded Chef de Cuisine Martin Kammlander who spoils diners with his creations. The constantly changing menu will be appropriate to the season. The service team and wine experts lead by Michaela De Rosa will not only join you on your culinary journey but they will also suggest the perfect wine from the outstanding and extensive assortment.
