If you book an additional travel services for your trip or holiday via this link, you will NOT benefit from the rights applying to packages under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore, our company Bravonext S.A. will not be responsible for the proper performance of those additional travel services. In case of problems please contact the relevant service provider. However, if you book an additional travel services via this link no later than 24 hours from receiving the confirmation of your first travel services booking from our company, those travel services will become part of a Linked Travel Arrangement. In this case our company, as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, is required to have protection in place to refund your payments made to our company for the services not performed as a result of our insolvency, and where necessary your repatriation. Any monies paid directly to us in the case of Linked Travel Arrangements are fully protected by ABTOT scheme of financial protection in the event of our insolvency. You can contact ABTOT (Bravonext S.A. membership no.5503 if the services are denied because of Bravonext S.A.'s insolvency. Please note that this does not provide a refund in the event of insolvency of any relevant service provider. This insolvency protection does not cover contracts with parties’ other than Bravonext S.A, which can be performed despite of our company's insolvency.
