Price Match Guarantee

The lastminute.com price match guarantee is our promise that whenever you shop with us you're getting the very best deals.

It's simple. If you book a hotel (including a Top Secret Hotel) or a build your own flight + hotel package on the lastminute.com website and you find the exact same product or package for less on another UK website within 24 hours of booking with us we will get you a refund of the difference, provided that the cheaper price isn’t the result of a special deal. Except for Top Secret Hotel bookings where the price match guarantee will extend to a cheaper price that is a result of special deals.

How to claim

To make a price match guarantee request, just email pricematch@lastminute.com with the following information, within 24 hours of booking with us:

the name of the UK website where the product is cheaper
a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited)
the total cost of the cheaper product (including all taxes, booking fees, delivery charges, etc)
your search criteria (dates / times / number of passengers / destination etc)
your name, email address and contact telephone number
your lastminute.com order number.

You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three working days.

Upon our acceptance of your price match guarantee request, please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited as a second transaction on the credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear on the credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

Terms and conditions

To be valid, any request for a lastminute.com price match guarantee must meet the following conditions:

The price match guarantee only applies if you book a hotel (including a Top Secret Hotel) or a build your own flight and hotel package on the lastminute.com website. It does not apply if you book just a flight.
The price match guarantee only applies to purchases made on the lastminute.com UK website compared against offers made on another UK website.
We must receive your email requesting a price match guarantee within 24 hours of you booking the hotel or package with us.
The price match guarantee request must be emailed to the address specified by lastminute.com, and must include all of the supporting information we request.
For flight + hotel packages we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical (including the same class of service on the flight, the same flight number and the same room type and the same board basis at the same hotel), and (b) the flight + hotel product you have found is actually available to book as one package on the same UK website.
The lastminute.com price match guarantee applies only to UK websites that have the identical hotel or flight + hotel package immediately available (not on request) and the hotel or flight + hotel package is priced fully and accurately.
The lastminute.com price match guarantee does not apply to any special, promotional or discounted offers on the other website including, without limitation, discounts or promotions obtained using coupons, vouchers, members’ discounts or promo codes. Except for Top Secret Hotels where the price match guarantee will apply to any special offer on any UK website that is available to the general public.
Prices will be compared on the total product price and when calculating the competitor's total product price the comparison will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges as well as any taxes, fees or other charges, whether payable at the time of booking or on departure or arrival.
The lastminute.com price match guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
