Move between the haunting palace of Greece to the pulsating neon back streets of downtown Troy. Follow strangers who emerge from the shadows and seek out tales hiding in the deepest parts of the city.

Punchdrunk The Burnt City - Booking Information

To ensure your safety and that of our performers, audience members are required to wear a Covid mask for the duration of the performance, unless they are exempt. You will need to bring this with you. We recommend KN95 or FFP2 grade masks which are widely available online and in chemists.
Alongside your Covid mask, you will be asked to wear one of Punchdrunk's signature theatrical masks. This will give you anonymity throughout the performance to help you feel empowered to explore at will, and also make you distinguishable from the performers. These masks can be taken off in the bar area. Your Punchdrunk mask will be provided as part of the performance and collected on exit. It will fit over most glasses. If you have the option, wearing contact lenses is recommended.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.
Please note that this is a promenade performance lasting up to three hours and comfortable footwear is recommended (no heels or open toe shoes).
Punchdrunk asks that where possible, audiences do not bring bags. Coats and bags are not permitted within the experience and limited cloakroom facilities are available for an extra charge.
Cameras and mobile devices are not allowed anywhere except for the bar and will be bagged on arrival. Photography or filming is not permitted.
One Cartridge Place is in a residential area. Please respect our neighbours and make sure that you arrive and leave quietly.
The experience is a personal journey and you may find yourself separated from your group.
Punchdrunk reserves the right to refuse entry or remove audience members from the show due to inappropriate behaviour at any time without a refund or readmittance.
Warning: this is a production based on Greek tragedies and deals with themes of war, family tragedy, murder and revenge which some may find triggering. There will be dark spaces, loud noises, strobe, haze, nudity and blood, as well as dark areas and spaces that are small and confined.

Age recommendation: The age requirement for this performance is 16yrs+. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Photo ID will be required on entry.
