With a new generation currently falling in love with the magical nanny on the big screen, Mary Poppins returns to the West End this year, with a revival of Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s award-winning theatrical musical.
Adapted from the classic movie by Downton Abbey’s Julian Fellowes, the production returns to its original London home, the Prince Edward Theatre, from 23rd October 2019.
Filled with classic songs from the original film, new numbers and plenty of theatrical magic, the show has dazzled audiences in more than 20 countries, from Iceland to the United Arab Emirates since it first opened in 2004.
Following her acclaimed performance in the recent UK tour, Zizi Strallen reprises the role of Mary Poppins, with Half a Sixpence’s Charlie Stemp playing loveable chimney sweep Bert.
It’s sure to be a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious night out.

Age recommendation: MARY POPPINS is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, we recommend MARY POPPINS for ages 7 and up. Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult. They may not sit on their own within the auditorium. If children do have separate seats you could be refused entry. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
