Shrek's Adventure! London Standard Entry Description

Join the adventure and become the hero of London’s only fairy-tale walk-through experience. Be whisked into Far Far Away, an enchanting world of magic and WAFFLES. You’ll have the adventure of a lifetime, where things rarely (ahem) go wrong. But don’t worry… you can help Shrek save the day! Your story begins with a magical 4D bus experience driven by yours truly, Donkey. Visit Cinderella in Shrek’s swamp, bump into Puss in Boots, rescue Pinocchio from the wheel of torture and cook up a magic spell with the Muffin Man. See, hear, touch and smell the action by exploring 12 fairytale themed live shows, collecting the special ingredients you need in order to make it home safely and meet the big green ogre himself, Shrek! And new for 2021, dance and pose your way through our new Trolls World Tour experience and find out if you’re POP, ROCK or FUNK with our interactive music stations! Then head over to our DreamWorks play stations and hang out with all your favourite characters from the Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon films!

Pregnant Guests are welcome to visit Shrek’s Adventure London! At any time during their pregnancy and take part in our shows with the exception of the Magic Bus Ride. Please ensure that the Magic Bus Ride operator is informed so that the bus can be bypassed. No child or children under the age of 14 will be admitted to Shrek’s Adventure London! Unless accompanied or supervised by an adult. The magic bus ride is a 4D cinema experience that includes sudden motion, water sprays, air blasts, fog and aromas. You should not experience this section of the tour if you suffer from any disorder or condition that may be affected by any of the above or if you have an overly sensitive nose and don’t like the smell of swamps! There is a minimum height restriction of 0.9metres.

  • With all COVID-19 restrictions ending in England on 24 Feb 2022, our priority is to continue to offer the best possible experience to our guests whilst ensuring we also look after our staff. We continue to have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our attractions, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and increased ventilation. In our indoor attractions, key walkways or busier areas, guests may still see signage stating ‘Face Coverings Recommended’ which is in line with public health guidance. Those staff who may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working have the option to do so.

  • If you or your party display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, we ask that you do not visit.

  • The ride is not suitable for guests who suffer from the conditions below:

    • Epilepsy

    • Back or Neck pain or any weakness in those areas

    • Pregnancy

    • Motion Sickness

    • If you have a heart condition or if you are fitted with a pacemaker

    • Asthma

    • Any other chronic illness

  • Tours consist of groups of a maximum of 40 people and last approx. 1 hour.

  • The ride is accessible to wheelchair users who are able to transfer into the ride seat and have the ability to sit upright and brace themselves.

  • To ensure the safety of guests only two wheelchair users per hour due to fire evacuation procedures.

Shrek's Adventure! London Standard Entry - Event Information

  • Running time: 90-120 minutes

  • Age recommendation: Children are 3 - 15 years. Under 3 Go Free. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+) 

  • Voucher exchange instructions: Join the “next show” line at your booked timeslot with your e-ticket. E-tickets are valid for the time and date stated.

  • Opening hours: Open every day at 10am.
