  • Following the latest government advice, we've made a few changes to ensure that everyone feels safe at the lastminute.com London Eye. These include reduced capacities, clear social distancing signposting and enhanced cleaning procedures. Additionally we are currently only accepting cashless payments, and request that you pre-book your tickets online

  • If you've booked a ride on the lastminute.com London Eye, please help us by keeping a safe distance from other visitors and our staff, and by following the recommended hygiene practices. Additionally, if you or any member of your group begin to display any symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit.

  • Age recommendation: Child age: 3-15Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+).Children under 3 years old go free but will require a ticket as ‘under 3’.

  • Voucher exchange instructions: Go to the standard entrance (queue A) 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot.E-tickets are valid for the time and date stated.
