Flybe ceases trading: customer information

Flybe Limited has entered into administration as of 5th March 2020. All flights operated by Flybe have been cancelled with immediate effect and you should not travel to the airport.

We’re working hard to contact all impacted customers and we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us, as we are currently experiencing a very high volume of calls. Below you can find a recap of the current situation:

Flight-only customers - If you have booked a Flybe airline ticket via us, your upcoming trip is now cancelled. You are requested to make your own alternative travel arrangements, where possible.

If you have booked a Flybe operated flight as part of an onward connection onto other airlines or under other airlines flight numbers, i.e Virgin Atlantic, Air France etc, you may be entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangements by the airline issuing your tickets. We do not have all the information yet, as we haven’t received all the airline’s policies. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise you on your options, where available.

Flight + hotel customers - If you have booked a package (Flight + hotel or Flight + car hire in a single transaction) via us, we will contact you to provide you with alternative flight arrangements where available and if no alternative flight options are available you are entitled to a full refund of your ATOL protected package.  

Eastern Airways – any passengers booked on Flybe flights operated by Eastern Airways, please visit Eastern Airways’ website for further information https://www.easternairways.com/ Eastern Airways flights continue to operate this week and the airline will update the information on their website for flights from next week onwards. 

Blue Islands Airline – any passengers booked on Flybe flights operated by Blue Islands airline, please visit Blue Islands’ website for further information https://www.blueislands.com/ Blue Islands flights continue to operate as usual and the airline has added additional services to accommodate the customers affected. 

Loganair – any passengers booked on Loganair flights operated by Flybe, please visit Loganair’s website for more information https://www.loganair.co.uk/. Loganair flights continue to operate as usual, however if you booked a Loganair flight operated by Flybe, these flights are now cancelled. We are awaiting further information from the airline in regards to alternative flight options and/or refunds.
