This massive 1,450-acre property is our flagship resort that’s made up of four villages: North Village, West Village, East Village and River Island. Combined, these areas feature seven pools, a lazy river-style pool, waterslides, four golf courses, three arcades, eight dining options, a mini golf course, Putt-Putt® course, kids’ center and much more.

Nearby, you’ll find the best of the best Orlando attractions, including Walt Disney World® Resort, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and more. You’ll also be close to Universal Studios Florida®, Universal’s Islands of Adventure® and Universal’s Volcano Bay™ waterpark. After an exciting day at these famous Orlando attractions, wind down in one of our spacious studios, or one-, two- or three-bedroom villas from 430 to 2,475 square feet. Villas include living rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, washers and dryers, and laundry facilities are available on each floor for studios.

Please note there is a resort fee that includes a variety of onsite amenities.

Attached to Tradewinds Bar and Grill in River Island, River Island Grilling Company offers breakfast and dinner daily. Start your day off right with a breakfast full of favorites like pancakes, bacon and cooked to order eggs, along with new healthy options! Or come by for dinner and enjoy our famous pan Asian crab cakes, burgers, fresh seafood, grilled favorites and much more. And don't miss out on Thursday nights for prime rib!

Grab a quick bite and something to read, then, relax in the outdoor seating area at Currents Café. This Wi Fi hotspot features freshly brewed coffee, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, salads and fruit. And the dessert menu includes a variety of pastries as well as Edy's Ice Cream! You'll also find magazines, newspapers and more available for purchase.

After you've worked up a thirst floating down the lazy river style pool, visit these two poolside bars for your favorite beverages, frozen cocktails and snacks.

Paisan serves freshly made pizzas, Italian favorites, a variety of salads and fresh sandwiches. Enjoy patio dining or take advantage of our take out and delivery options. Plus, frozen cocktails and beer are available at the full service bar.
