Seasonal Mediterranean inspired American fare prepared through simple, time honored cooking methods such as wood roasting, grilling, braising, preserving and smoking. Culinary inspiration extends beyond France and Italy to the rustic and robust flavors of Spain, North Africa, Greece, Morocco, Turkey and Israel, with ingredients sourced seasonally from local farms. At the heart of the kitchen is a custom wood burning oven and grill that is visible through vast windows in the main dining room.

The indoor and outdoor rooftop bar always has something going on, from backyard barbecues on Sundays to shuffleboard tournaments. Retractable glass walls make it a great destination Spring, Summer and Fall. A trellis keep things comfortable in the warmer months, while cold temps brings fire pits and blankets that make being outside just as cozy as in.
