The beach resort itself spans 10 acres and features splash zones, a waterslide, lazy river, mini golf course, arcade, movie theater, sports courts and more. You can grab delicious bites at our Cape Grill & Bar. And our private boardwalk path leads you to the beach at Jetty Park, a great spot for swimming, gazing at ships leaving Port Canaveral and watching rocket launches.

Speaking of rocket launches … one thing you won’t want to miss? The Kennedy Space CenterSM Visitor Complex. This must-see attraction is located right near Cape Canaveral in Cocoa Beach, which is also home to the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Pier and more.

Our resort provides condo-style studios, and one- and two-bedroom villas from 414 to 1,800 square feet. Enjoy your spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, along with guest laundry facilities. Select villas even have a washer and dryer just in case you need them.
