The Printing Press Bar and Kitchen showcases the exceptional quality of ingredients available in Scotland, creating contemporary takes on classic dishes. Its late night cocktail bar offers a collection of local spirits, from single malts to Edinburgh gin and Scottish vodka.The Printing Press Bar & Kitchen is a stalwart of Edinburgh's bustling George Street. Connected to the hotel but with its own separate entrance, the bar is set on two levels & encompasses the Editor's Bar dedicated as our Taittinger Champagne Bar with several private booths as well as bar seating- perfect for sipping on champagne or cocktails.
