Situated in the centre of a small conservation town, this respectfully converted 16th century house offers quality cuisine in a tranquil location. Built around 1520, this thatched, former wool merchant's house is joined by an adjacent bakehouse. Both surround a secluded and colourful courtyard garden, ideal for relaxation on sunny days. When not resting in one of three beautifully equipped en suite bedrooms, a guest lounge and an oak-beamed breakfast room is available. Located between the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, The Old Bakehouse is an excellent base from which to explore the stunning Devon countryside.
