12A, REGENCY SQUARE,
0.6 Miles from the centre

The hotel is located within about 1.6 km of the centre of Brighton, which offers many shows, concerts and conferences. The hotel is situated on a fine regency square which features elegant stuccoed houses built in 1828, with the square facing directly out to the sea. Within walking distance of the hotel, guests will also find restaurants and bars. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot and the popular shopping destination, The Lanes, is just 800 m away. Brighton's Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier are each approximately 1.2 km away from the hotel. This beach hotel comprises a total of 8 rooms. The hotel has been sympathetically renovated, and the unique hand-painted interiors have transformed this fine early nineteenth-century building. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe and a cloakroom. Guests can dine in the restaurant and enjoy the convenience of wireless Internet access. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. The hotel provides the ideal setting for special occasions such as honeymoons, birthday celebrations, wedding anniversaries, or romantic breaks. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower/bath and a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a good night's rest on their king-size bed. Rooms also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, radio, safe and minibar. Standard in-room amenities include satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Furthermore, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. Guests can pamper themselves with a spa treatment. They can also relax on the nearby pebble beach.
