In a Victorian townhouse, the elegant Harpers Boutique B&B is found on University Street in Belfast’s Queens quarter. Around 1 mile from the city centre, it retains impressive original features and now provides free WiFi. Each room features luxury carpets and Egyptian cotton bedding, and has a flat-screen TV, seating area and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with wet room shower and underfloor heating. Harpers Boutique B&B is within 15-20 minutes’ walk of the Grand Opera House and Belfast Waterfront theatre. In around 10 minutes you can walk to the banks of the River Lagan and Ormeau Park. Botanic Train Station is just 6 minutes away, and the Odyssey Arena and Titanic Quarter are within 5-7 minutes’ drive.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Harpers in advance.
