Sushi at Unkai offers a selection of classic sushi made to order for our guests, a wide range of signature sushi with your choice of an a la carte or set menu prepared in front of you by one of Okinawa's best sushi chefs. The traditional Japanese interior features a special L shaped sushi counter made from Hinoki tree.

Enjoy live cooking at Teppan Grill at Unkai or Teppanyaki for an entertaining dining experience. Teppanyaki is a well known cooking technique for using high quality ingredients cooked by our skilled chefs using hot iron griddle. A choice of the course menu is available which features hand selected ingredients including Wagyu beef, lobster, assorted vegetables and seasonal ingredients.
