Swanage has its own market held on Fridays where you can pick up lots of local produce. There are also many local independent shops such as Pursenalities selling a range of handbags and accessories. The Owl Pottery Craft Workshop sells unique pottery made in the town itself.
If you're looking for something more adrenaline-pumping then you should visit Studland Sea School. The school offers a wide range of actives including kayaking, snorkelling and coasteering. They cater to all levels of experience so everyone can have a go.
