Overlooking our lakeside gardens, Barracks Bar offers casual all day dining with a wide selection of delicious meals to keep you and your family satisfied throughout the day. Catch up with friends and colleagues over a glass of wine, refreshing cocktail, local cider or the awarded world's best contemporary gin from 'Karu' distilled just 20 minutes from the hotel.

Gazebo Restaurant offers gourmet buffet breakfast daily to both in house and external guests. Enjoy eggs made to order with a live cooking station, selection of pastries, fresh fruits, yogurt, muesli and all your favourite continental and hot selections plus barista made coffee. Dine indoors or outside in the sun drenched courtyard.

Specializing in modern Australian cuisine with Asian and European influences, select from a delicious 2 or 3 course menu with an extensive wine list as you relax overlooking the lakeside gardens. Alternatively, dine in one of the two available private dining rooms. Open Friday and Saturday from 6pm.
