As previously mentioned, this is a very large park, as large as the US state of Boston! Walt Disney studios park is actually comprised of four theme parks, which are:

  • Magic Kingdom: The original theme park, featuring the iconic Magic Kingdom castle that sees nightly firework shows and special events.
  • Animal Kingdom: This zoological theme park focuses on conservation and the natural world. Here you will find rides and animals, who are located to the west of the park in a special zone to protect their welfare.
  • Epcot: The second of Disney World's four parks, the Epcot centre features the iconic Spaceship Earth, an enormous glass dome filled with interactive exhibits and attractions celebrating human achievement.
  • Disney's Hollywood Studios: Rides, attractions and shows based on the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Dos and don'ts of Disney World

Do: To avoid crowds, make sure you head there early doors and hit the big/popular rides first, or during mealtimes.

Best time to visit

Don't: Eat all of your meals there, this can get expensive and you will waste time queuing or finding a seat! Do: Use the Single Rider lines if your group is willing to split up and ride seperately. Don't: Forget to make a note of the route/rides you want to take beforehand. This is the biggest theme park in the world, and getting lost is very easy!
