The earlier you plan your trip, the better the offer: you can choose from hotels or flight + hotel packages for thousands of destinations.

2. Reserve with a deposit

Secure your trip with an initial payment, no more than 50% of the total value. Then, start packing!

3. Pay the rest later

The remaining amount will either be due in one go, or several payments, depending on the total value of the trip and the date of departure. Either way, no interest or additional costs will apply.

Can I choose how to split the cost?

The total amount is divided according to how long before departure you book and the total cost of the reservation. Book your trip at least 10 days before departure and you'll find the available payment options on the checkout page: splitting the cost into two payments or a monthly payment plan (if the amount spent is greater than £500).

Is the cost of extra services also split?

Yes, if you add a rental car or an airport transfer, these costs will be included in the total amount which is covered by the payment plan.

Can I pay the deposit with a voucher?

If you pay for part of your holiday booking with a voucher, the deposit and payment plan will be calculated from the remaining amount.

What happens if a payment fails?

If an attempt to take an automatic payment from you fails, we'll retry the payment, and send you an email. If this second attempt also fails, please make sure to contact us as soon as is possible, otherwise we may have to cancel your booking, and the amount you have already paid to us will be forfeited.

Can I change the payment method during the payment plan?

Yes, just call us to change your payment card.

Can I pay the remaining balance early?

Yes, you can do this by accessing your account area and then following the instructions provided.
