The most famous restaurant is Noma, which was voted the world’s best restaurant in 2014. Noma is so unique it has become a sight of pilgrimage for food lovers from all over the world. The restaurant is run by head chef René Redzepi and specialises in finding unique ingredients from the Danish landscape. The menu is not for the squeamish, with raw squid and live ants having featured in the past.
