Fantastic Hotel and facilities. We were a family of four (with a 10 and 11 year old), who loved the pool and the room (and the cats). Under 16s are not allowed in the Spa, which is great for us, but would have proved limiting for those with younger children who couldn't safely amuse themselves. the shuttle bus into Rome was good value for money, although the location was a bit daunting to try and get back to on the first night, thank goodness for Google maps and Piazza Trulisa! Parking is plentiful and free and there are tennis courts (free if you have your own racket, balls, trainers, but all these can also be hired). Tourist tax was a bit of a bind at the end which has to be paid separately at the end of your stay, so factor this in to your budget - 6 euros per person per night (including our two children, so for us 24 euros a night). Overall would recommend and stay here again.
