Important information regarding the current situation in Ukraine

As a result of the current situation in Ukraine, many flights in and out of the region have been cancelled due to airspace closures, both in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. Most countries across Europe have also imposed a ban on Russian airlines flying into their territories, which has led to the cancellation of flights between Russia and several other countries.

We recommend that you check the status of your flight directly with your airline, as your flight may be subject to short notice changes and/or cancellations, and closely follow the guidance provided on the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice site.

If your flight has been cancelled, we will be in touch with further information about your available options. 

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and update you whenever we have more information. In the meantime, you can access and manage your booking through your account area on our site.

If you have booked a flight or accommodation and wish to cancel your trip, your booking will be handled in accordance with the airline or accommodation provider’s policy, as we act as an intermediary agent in the sale of standalone airline tickets or accommodation.

If you have booked a package holiday (flight + hotel or flight + car rental) we will handle cancellations in accordance with the applicable legislation. In such cases, we will inform you about the available refund options.

To help ensure our customers’ safety, we are not currently offering package holidays (Flight + Hotel) to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our primary focus and we continue to encourage you to follow the travel advice provided by the authorities.
