Covid-19 cancellations. Here's what you need to know about your refund

To show our appreciation for your custom, we want to do more than just offer you the standard refund. So when you receive your refund notification from us, you'll find options which come with additional benefits, and include normally non-refundable services. We hope to welcome you back very soon, when this pandemic has passed.

Please note that if you have a flight-only booking for a low-cost airline (for example easyJet, Ryanair, Vueling, Wizzair, etc.) you'll need to claim your refund/replacement flight directly via the airline's website. You can find all the necessary information to do this in your account area.

In these unprecedented times, we've been managing an extremely high volume of customer queries and refund requests. However, we sincerely apologise if you have been kept waiting for your refund from us - we completely understand any frustration you may have as a result of this. We are doing our best to contact all our customers as soon as possible, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

To help guide you through the refund process, we've put together a step-by-step guide, explaining what will happen next. And even though it may still take a little while for us to respond to any queries or requests you may have, you can always check the status of your refund in your account area on our site.

You'll receive your refund via email: you can use it as many times as you want and for any available travel dates until its value is fully used (or until its expiry date). And if you're already thinking about summer 2021, you can book with your refund. We look forward to travelling with you again soon.
