What happens once I place my order?
Once an order is placed you (the customer) receive a confirmation email with all the details of the booking. Please print out this e-mail and take it to the box office as proof of purchase. At the same time an e-mail is sent to the venue box office, where they process your tickets so they are waiting for you when you arrive.

Where are my tickets?
The majority of tickets will be collected at the box office. If possible we highly recommend that you arrive at the theatre at least 90 minutes before the performance to collect your tickets (or perhaps before you go to your meal). You should be aware that if you leave it till the last minute you may have to queue to pick your tickets up. has many hundreds of customers watching shows every night which could mean you have to wait - if you do have to queue please be patient and courteous with the box office staff.

What ID do I need to collect the tickets?
You will need to take your confirmation e-mail with you and, if possible, the credit card you used to make your booking.

Can someone else pick up the tickets?
If the tickets are to be picked up by someone else you will need to give them a photocopy of the credit card used to make the booking and a letter of authorisation, signed by you, entitling them to pick up the tickets on your behalf. They must present this at the box office in order to collect the tickets.
Please note: Some theatres do not accept letters of authorisation. If this is the case it will be noted in the product description.

Why don't you give out seat details with bookings?
At the moment our system does not provide us with the actual seat details; these are allocated by the box office on a first come first served basis. All seats on a booking will be together in the theatre. In the very unlikely event of this not being possible we will call the customer and give the option of cancelling the booking.

What are "best available" seats?
In order to make sure that we get the best possible deals for you we work with theatres to give you the "Best Available" seats. This simply means the best seats that are available at the time of booking. This means the box office can easily allocate seats in the theatre (Stalls, Upper circle etc) depending on availability. This gives the box office greater flexibility and also allows us to get the very best deals on ticket prices.

Can I cancel my booking?
In most cases no. Theatres are very strict on this.

Can I exchange my booking?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to theatre bookings.

What's the address of the venue?
The address of the venue will be in the 'Venue Info' section of each description, plus directions of how to get there.

What happens if the advertised actors are unavailable for the performance?
There is a small chance that actors may be changed for performances without notice. Unfortunately the use of alternative actors (understudies) does not provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.

What happens if I lose my confirmation e-mail?
Don't worry. You are able to request that a copy of your confirmation e-mail be re-sent through your purchase history - just click on my account.

If this page has not answered your questions and you have an emergency with an existing order, please use purchase history to contact our customer services department for the quickest reply.
