Why can't the tickets be delivered to a UK address?
FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Espanyol tickets cannot be duplicated. Letters get lost in the post and that is why we only deliver to Hotels and addresses in Barcelona where a courier will require a signature.

Can I pick tickets up on the day from the ticket office?
No, the only pick up point fro FC BArcelona and Espanyol tickets is our supplier's office during office hours. Pau Claris 147, 4 - 2 Barcelona, Spain, 08009. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 14.00 & 15.00 to 18.00 .

Can I change my delivery details?
Within a week of making the booking you will be contacted by e-mail by our supplier to confirm your delivery details. You can still change them until 5 days prior to the fixture

When are the tickets delivered to my Barcelona or Madrid delivery address?
Tickets will only be delivered to Barcelona or Madrid address 2 days prior to game taking place. On some rare occasions, tickets will be delivered later.

How do I pay the delivery charge?
This will be charged on the same credit card that has been used to purchase the tickets.

Can the fixtures be rescheduled?
Sunday games can be rescheduled to Saturday at short notice (due to television scheduling), please ensure your stay includes a Saturday night. Its the same policy for mid-week fixtures.

Will the tickets be next to each other?
Our supplier will endeavour to seat all people next to each other but in some very rare occasions, groups may be divided but seated in the same area.

What is the exchange/refund policy?
Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

How do I get the tickets for the Stadium Tour?
They will be delivered with the tickets for the match.

When can I use the tickets for the Museum and Stadium tour?
You can use them any day you like. Tour and Museum schedule: From Monday to Saturday from 10h to 17h and Sundays and public holidays from 10h to 13:30h

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of the booking being made.
