
How do I contact lastminute.com directly?
If you need to contact us about an order you have already placed, please log in to the Self Service section of the lastminute.com website. The Self service section allows you to check your order details, and to contact us by following the relevent links.

If you need to contact us about
making a booking you can contact us through the Booking Enquiries form. If you have made a booking over the phone with one of our Sales Executives, or you cannot see your order within the Self Service section please contact us using the General Enquiries Form
What
happens if I haven't received a confirmation email?
The self service section allows you to check your details and re-send the confirmation
email.
If you have not received your confirmation email within 4 hours of making a
booking, please check your deleted items / 'Junk Mail' folder.
Most email accounts offer an unwanted mail filter service to protect you from
junk mail, and it is possible that your confirmation has been mistakenly filtered
by this service. We would also advise that you change your filter settings to
allow lastminute.com mail through.
Can I change details of my booking?
If you've made a mistake completing your order, you want to return a gift or
if something just doesn't look right on your confirmation email, please contact us
using our self service area.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you complete your booking, which will happen after you have submitted your
credit card details and pressed the "buy now" button, you will reach
a confirmation page on the website. Your booking is only complete once you
reach this confirmation page.
You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly afterwards.
Both the email and the confirmation page contain the details and price of your
order, along with your order number. You should quote this order number if you
need to get in touch with us, as it will help us identify your order quickly.
If you do not see the confirmation page or receive the email, your booking may
not have been confirmed. You can contact us using our General Enquiries form; to check this.
There is a mistake in my confirmation
If you see a mistake in your confirmation email, please contact us using Self Service. One of our agents will be happy to help sort it out.
What payments do you take?
We accept Mastercard and Visa for everything, and American Express and Switch
for some items. This is dependent on the particular supplier of the product/item
you wish to purchase. Please note however that we do not accept Electron or
Solo cards at present.

homepage. All sites are in local languages and prices - they are not just translations
of the UK site, they are websites based in the country itself with locally sourced
deals. This is especially useful if you wish to check flights leaving from other
countries.
