    What happens once I place my order?
    Once an order is placed you (the customer) receives a confirmation email with all the details of the booking. Please print out this e-mail and take to the designated box office at the attraction. At the same time an e-mail is sent to the attraction box office, where they process your tickets so they are waiting for you when you arrive.

    Where are my tickets?
    All tickets are to be collected at the box office. If possible we highly recommend that you turn up when the attraction opens. lastminute.com tickets does not entitle guests fast track entry to the attraction. lastminute.com have many hundreds of customers booking tickets via the website each day for all of our attractions which could mean you have to wait - if you do have to queue please be patient and courteous with the box office staff!.

    What ID do I need to collect the tickets?
    You will need to take your confirmation e-mail with you and if possible the credit card you used to make your booking.

    Can someone else pick up the tickets?
    If the tickets are to be picked up by someone else you will need to give them a photocopy of the credit card used to make the booking and a letter of authorisation, signed by you, entitling them to pick up the tickets on your behalf. They must present this at the attraction box office in order to collect the tickets. Please note: Some attractions do not accept letters of authorisation. If this is the case it will be noted in the product description.

    Can I cancel my booking?
    No. Attractions are very strict on this.

    Can I exchange my booking?
    No. Attractions are very strict on this.

    Can I cancel/exchange/refund my booking if the weather is “disappointing”?
    No. Attractions are very strict on this . As the product is an offer and has to be taken on the day booked.

    Does my booking entitle me to fast-track entry to the attractions?
    No, unless it is noted in the product text and on the confirmation email.

    What's the address of the venue?
    The address of the attraction will be in the 'More Info' section of each description, plus directions of how to get there.

    Do I have to pick up my tickets when the attractions opens?
    No in most cases. We recommend you check the text of individual products. Unless stated you can pick the tickets up at any point during the day. Make sure you pick them up in plenty of time so you get full value and enjoyment form your purchase.

    If I buy a product which is time specific can I enter before or after these times?
    No. Attractions are very strict on this as the product will be at a specified time. This is reflected in the price and therefore the restrictions have to be adhered too.

    Do children go free?
    Admission conforms to the children’s admission policy of the attractions. Please check with the individual attractions on their policy.
