Q: How many gift vouchers can I buy?
A: You can buy up to four gift vouchers at a time, using the given denominations.

Q: Can more than one voucher be spent at a time?
A: Yes, if you’d like to purchase more than one voucher they can either be spent separately or all at the same time.

Q: How do I buy more than one gift voucher
A: Complete details of your first voucher order and add it to your basket. Then go back to the voucher purchase page, complete details of your second voucher order and add it to your basket. Repeat until you have up to four vouchers in your basket, then continue to checkout to complete your order.

Q: What if I need more than four gift vouchers?
A: You will need to place another order to achieve the desired total value.

Q: What happens when I buy a gift voucher?
A: We’ll acknowledge your order and send the gift voucher email to the lucky recipient. The evoucher won’t activate for a further 48 hours, in order to allow us to follow fraud checking procedures.

Q: Can you send the gift voucher to the recipient for me?
A: Sure, no problem. Just specify the email address you’d like us to send it to and we’ll send it straight there.

Q: What will the gift voucher email look like?
A: You’ll have the chance to preview the gift voucher email before completing a purchase.

Q: Can I personalise the gift voucher?
A: Sure, no problem. You can choose a different design for a birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift voucher, and you can specify a personal message to be sent with any gift voucher.

Q: I’ve ordered a gift voucher but it hasn’t been sent yet, what should I do?
A: You need to allow 24 hours for delivery of gift vouchers. If it still hasn’t been received after 24 hours, please ask the recipient to check their email spam folder. If it’s not here, please let us know on evouchers@lastminute.com and we’ll investigate.

Q: What’s the balance on my gift voucher?
A: When you enter the voucher code at the checkout, the balance will be displayed before your choose to redeem it.

Q: How long is my gift voucher valid for?
A: Gift vouchers are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Q: Can I extend the validity period of my gift voucher?
A: No, gift vouchers cannot be extended.

Q: My gift voucher has expired, can I reactivate it?
A: No, gift vouchers cannot be reactivated.

Q: Do I have to spend my gift voucher all at once?
A: No, if there is any unspent balance left after making your purchase you will be able to redeem it against a future purchase. Please make sure you redeem any unspent balance before your gift voucher expires, vouchers cannot be extended.

Q: If I want to book something more expensive, can I use my gift voucher as part-payment?
A: Sure, no problem. You’ll need to settle the balance using a credit or debit card.

A: You can spend your gift voucher on Flights, most Hotels, City Breaks (Flight + Hotel), Theatre, Spa, Music, Attractions, Entertainments, Experiences and Gift experiences.

Q: What can’t I spend my gift voucher on?
A: Pre-packaged Holidays, some Hotels (only those that require payment on checkout), Car Hire and Restaurants (because Restaurant bookings are free)and any product where lastminute.com does not directly take payment.

Q: I’m having problems redeeming my gift voucher, what should I do?
A: Firstly, check that your gift voucher has been activated and has not expired. Secondly, check that you’ve followed the right steps to redeem your gift voucher. If you’re still having problems then please send us an email to evouchers@lastminute.com with as much detail as possible so that we can investigate ASAP.

Q: I’ve lost my gift voucher, can I replace it?
A: No. You should treat your gift voucher as if it were cash. Once it is in your possession it is your responsibility to keep it securely.

Q: Do I need to register an account with lastminute.com in order to redeem my gift voucher?
A: Yes, you’ll need to register with us in order to make a booking. Don’t worry, there’s no charge and you can choose whether or not to receive any further emails from us (you should though, we have some great offers).

Q: Do I need to register a credit or debit card with you in order to redeem my gift voucher?
A: Yes, you will need to register your card details with us for identity verification reasons.

Q: Will my card be charged if I’m redeeming a gift voucher?
A: Not if the value of your gift voucher meets the value of your booking. The only time we would charge your card is if you are using your gift voucher as part-payment.

Q: Can I cancel my gift voucher and get a refund?
A: No, gift vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Q: Can I have the vouchers sent to myself, as I want to give them as a gift?
A: Absolutely, you can send the vouchers to your own email address so you can either print them off, or send them on at your discretion.

Q: What’s the difference between gift vouchers and promotional vouchers?
A: Gift vouchers have been bought for you by someone else and have few restrictions. Promotional vouchers are issued by lastminute.com for promotional use only and may be restricted for use against certain products or within certain periods, or only when spending certain amounts. Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
