Cirque du Soleil comes to Las Vegas. O is an aquatic spectacle performed in, on and above more than a million gallons of water, featuring the Canadian circus company's trademark fusion of acrobatics, physical and lyrical theatre. Let these outstanding artists lure you to a world without limits - the world underwater.

Using a gigantic water tank as the stage, O purports to tell the story of theatre, with references from street shows to opera. Synchronised swimmers combine with stunning fire and aerial displays for a bewitching homage to the art. More than 70 acrobats, swimmers, divers and live musicians make the journey through history and into the big blue. Written and co-directed by Franco Dragone it opened in 1998 and has been seen by an extraordinary 7.5 million people since.

It is one of four current Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas, alongside Mystère, Kà - a massive extravaganza created in conjunction with fellow-Canadian theatrical maestro Robert Lepage - and the adult cabaret Zumanity.
