A beautiful island, Kauai has a lush green landscape, 45 wonderful beaches - most of them empty. The breathtaking landscapes of the island have had over 6 million years of erosion to shape their beauty.
There are great opportunities for hiking on the Na Pali Trail or for bird watching and whale watching. Kauai offers a golf course, botanical gardens and the excellent Kauai Museum. There are a few shops, augmented by many restaurants serving anything from Hawaiian dishes to haute cuisine. The only difficult thing on your holiday to Kauai will be deciding what to do first.
