Each of our villas located in a private residential community in the Kissimmee area. They are located south east and west of Walt Disney World Resort off the SR192 and US Route 27. The Villas are within a 20 mile drive of Orlando’s famous attractions including Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort, yet you will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle. Our Disney Area Villas are all located within a variety of communities within the Disney area, including but not limited to, Westbridge, Florida Pines, Sunset Lakes and Glenbrook. These are very impressive communities in Orlando and a great choice for holiday-makers. All the villas are located close to a selection of restaurants and shops. Berry town centre, on the US27, has a brand new public supermarket and there is a Walgreens close by. Winn Dixie Supermarket is close to the new Wal-Mart on the US27 - great for those shopping bargains.

Your holiday price includes: Direct flights, car hire (excluding car insurance) and accommodation for 14 or 16 nights on a self catering basis.

Accommodation description

It will feel like home from home in these comfortable villas. The villas are located in established districts around the Disney area of Orlando. Each villa is set within well-kept gardens and has its own private swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making holiday catering quick and easy and there are local shops nearby along with restaurants should you prefer to eat out. A refundable deposit of $250 is required at check-in. Cash, traveller's cheques and credit cards are accepted. We have teamed up with Alamo to provide a hire car included in your holiday. However it is compulsory that you purchase car insurance for your hire car. You may wish to upgrade your vehicle, which is available at an extra charge.

Walt Disney World Resort: 25 minutes drive approx. Universal Orlando Resort: 25 minutes drive approx and Seaworld Orlando: 25 minutes drive approx.

Please note

• All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driving licence from their country of residence.
• Child seats are a legal requirement for children under 5, these are approximately $5 a day.
• Adequate car insurance is compulsory for driving in the USA and is not included in the price. This can be booked through the added options and is £19 per day for Fully Inclusive Insurance or £23 per day for Gold Cover Insurance.
• Cars are allocated based on the size of your party.
