Public Transport

Rail: The Gilmour Street railway station in Paisley is 3km (2 miles) from the airport and is only a few minutes away by taxi or local bus. Trains run to Glasgow Central rail station. Transfers to either Queen Street station or Buchanan bus station are available on bus no.398. The terminals are within walking distance of each other; there is also a shuttle transfer service, which leaves from level 1 of the multi-storey car park.

Driving Directions

The airport connects to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, I-595 and US Route 1. Take the State Road 84 or the I-595 and turn onto SW 29 Avenue for the Park N Save car park, or follow US Route 1 south to the airport Perimeter Road for the economy car park.

Car Parking

The garage complex provides covered parking with direct access to all terminals, with short- and long-term rates available. The Park N Save and Tower Lot are available for long-term parking; there are free shuttle buses to/from the terminals 24 hours, daily. Valet parking is available in the garage complex (tel: 954 359 6931).

Car Hire

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, E-Z Rent a Car, Hertz, National, Payless, Royal and Thrifty all have desks on site at the new Rental Car Center. The latter is well sign-posted from all terminals. It is located within walking distance from terminal 1, and there are free shuttles ferrying passengers from terminals 2, 3 and 4.

Public Transport

Road: Taxi: Taxis and yellow cabs are readily available, including wheelchair-accessible vans. Tri County Airport Express passenger sedans (tel: 954 561 8888) provide a door-to-door service. Check with the Transportation Podium located on the lower level outside each terminal for both these services. Bus: Tri Rail feeder buses and BCT Mass Transit (tel: 954 357 8400 or TTY: 954 357 8302) operate daily services from bus shelters located at the west end of Terminal 1, east end of Terminal 2, between Terminals 3 and 4, and the east end of Terminal 4.
