Important instructions regarding check-in: The Front Office is open daily from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please retain this important information. Your keys will be located in the lock box next to the building's main entrance. Please contact our after hours service number at 239-765-1155 ext. 7300. You will need to provide your last name or confirmation number. They will then provide you with the combination for that day. Enter the combination then push up and pull down to open the lock. You will find an envelope with your name on the front. This envelope will contain keys that will unlock the front door as well as the door to your suite. Please re-scramble the combination and re-lock the box. Please stop by the Front Desk to formally register by 10:00 a.m. the following morning.

Driving Directions
Take Ben Hill Griffin Parkway/Treeline Avenue Extension (east of I-75) between Daniels Parkway (Exit 131) and Alico Road (Exit 128). Turn east onto the new Terminal Access Road.
Car Parking
Short-term parking is available directly across from the terminal. Long-term parking is off site. Shuttles provide transportation to this lot.
Car Hire
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty are all represented at the airport, with desks located on level 2. Courtesy shuttle provide a service between the terminal and the car hire facility; shuttles depart from outside the Arrivals area.
Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Taxis are available from the airport and can be booked in advance or upon arrival at the ground transportation booth, which is situated between the terminal and the short-term car park. Limousine: Limousines are also available on demand at the airport, with bookings at the ground transportation booth. Bus: Lee Tran (website: www.rideleetran.com) provides public transport 0600-2200; a bus service is provided on an hourly basis to a transfer point at Daniels Parkway, where connections can be made to the remainder of the Lee Tran routes. Many hotels in the area offer a shuttle bus service to/from the airport.

Money and communications: There is a bureau de change on the second level and several ATMs on both the first and second levels of the terminal building. Pay phones are situated throughout the terminal. A postal service is also available at the airport. Eating and drinking: There are several fast-food outlets and a restaurant on the second level of the terminal building. Shopping: There are several gift and regional speciality shops selling items for children, golfers and travellers. Luggage: A lost property service is available (tel: 239 768 4361). Other facilities: Newspaper vending machines are available.
Conference and Business Facilities
A Business Center with fax machines, computer laptop connections, a photocopying machine, flight insurance and FedEx service is available on the second level. The nearby Wynstar Inn & Suites (tel: 239 791 5000) has conference facilities.
