Zeum is San Francisco's interactive children's art and technology museum, offering hundreds of hands-on activities that facilitate learning and fun. It is now a much-cherished part of the redevelopment of Yerba Buena Gardens.

Children are encouraged to explore and activities range from recording fake newscasts (complete with weather, guest interviews, green-screened field broadcasts, stop-motion animation and theme music, all cut together), a Claymation studio and a karaoke bar, an ice rink, a bowling alley, a 1906 carousel, a playground with excellent tube slides, grassy plots and a burger joint. There is also a motion-sensor landscape, life-sized video labyrinth and various temporary exhibitions and displays.
