Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Toronto
Upon arrival in Toronto you will be transferred to your downtown hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Toronto at the Delta Chelsea Hotel or similar.
Day 2 - Toronto
Today you will discover what lies behind Torontos famous skyline on a comprehensive city tour. Experience the sights and sounds of this cosmopolitan city as you explore the downtown area and residential areas. Highlights include the Eaton Centre, old and new City Halls, Casa Loma, Yorkville and the University of Toronto. You will pass by the Rogers Centre (formerly known as the SkyDome) and the CN Tower and drive along the Harbourfront for a complete impression of this city. Overnight in Toronto.
Day 3 - Niagara Falls
Transfer from Toronto to Niagara Falls and enjoy a sightseeing tour that will bring you to one of the natural wonders of the world. As you wind your way into Niagara Falls you will catch your first, unforgettable glimpse of the imposing American and Horseshoe Falls. Overnight in Niagara Falls at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallview or similar.
Day 4 - Niagara Falls
Step aboard a Niagara Airbus coach for a tour of Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. On this fullynarrated trip you will see the Floral Clock and drive along the scenic Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake. You will enjoy some free time to browse through this picturesque town. A guaranteed highlight is the thrilling boat ride on the Maid of the Mist to the base of the spectacular Horseshoe Falls. The tour includes a lunch with magnificent views of the roaring falls. Day 5 - End of tour

The airport is currently undergoing a redevelopment programme which includes the construction of a new passenger terminal to replace Terminals 1 and 2. Phase 1 of the new terminal opened in April 2004. The new terminal has replaced the old Terminal 1, and will also replace Terminal 2 within two years (2006). Until then, the new Terminal 1 will handle Air Canada domestic and international flights. Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 will continue to operate as normal.
The free LINK inter-terminal shuttle buses are available on the Departures level of the terminals.
Highway 409, south of Highway 427, has been converted into a dedicated Airport Access Road.
There are over 11,000 parking spaces at the airport. The new Terminal 1 has some 9,000 spaces in a new parking garage. Terminals 2 and 3 also have car parking facilities with direct access to the terminals. There is a reduced rate car park connected to the airport terminals by a free wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus service.
Avis, Budget, Dollar/Thrifty, Hertz and National/Alamo are represented at all three terminals. Discount and Enterprise are located off airport and courtesy vans take customers to the offices outside the airport; this service must be arranged prior to arrival.
Road: Taxi: The tariff for taxis and limousines to/from the airport is based on metered rates, with updated tariffs and company listings available on the airport website. Bus: Public bus services are provided by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) (tel: 416 393 4636; website: www.city.toronto.on.ca/ttc/index.htm). No. 192 Airport Rocket runs daily to Toronto (journey time: 20 minutes). The Airport Express (tel: 800 387 6787; website: www.torontoairportexpress.com) is a 24-hour service running to downtown Toronto and several major hotels. There are other bus and coach services to Toronto and surrounding areas. Information is available from the ground transportation desks in the Arrivals hall of each terminal.
Information desks are located in all three terminals. Uniformed information representatives are on hand to help with enquiries. Information lines are also available for Terminals 1 and 2 (tel: 416 247 7678) and Terminal 3 (tel: 416 776 5100).
Money and communications: There is a bank on the Arrivals level of Terminal 2. Bureaux de change are situated in Terminals 1 and 2 and ATMs, telephones and Internet access facilities can be found in all terminals. Eating and drinking: Bars and restaurants are located throughout the airport. Shopping: There are numerous shops at the airport, including duty-free. Luggage: A porter service is available from International Skycap Services (tel: 905 677 0909). Left-luggage facilities are available at all terminals. Trolleys are available throughout the terminals and parking garages. Other facilities: A counselling service is available for all passengers. Multi-denominational chapels, medical emergency clinics and baby change facilities are located in all terminals. A nursery is situated in the basement level of Terminal 1.
There is a fully equipped business centre in the Sheraton Gateway Hotel (tel: 905 672 7000; website: www.sheraton.com/torontoairport), with 24 meeting rooms for hire, accommodating up to 300 delegates. The Best Western Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel & Conference Centre (tel: (416) 637 7000; website: www.bestwestern.com) is located just across the terminal and also has good business facilities.
There are lifts, ramps, disabled toilets and TTY telephones in all terminals. When making a flight reservation, travellers should notify the airline of any special assistance request. The inter-terminal shuttle is wheelchair-accessible. Disabled parking spaces are provided in all parking lots.
The Sheraton Gateway Hotel (tel: 905 672 7000; website: www.sheraton.com/ torontoairport) is located at the airport, next to Terminal 3. The Best Western Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel & Conference Centre (tel: (416) 637 7000; website: www.bestwestern.com) is also on site, just across the terminal.
