Egypt's luxurious resort area of Taba Heights is set in a quiet secluded area and offers access to an unspoilt region on Egypt's Red Sea coast. Lying west of Cairo, the northern shores of the sea are rich in coral reef habitat. Please note: No entry visa is required for UK passport holders as it is issued upon arrival free of charge (maximum stay 14 nts). However, if you wish to go out of the Sinai area, eg. Cairo or Luxor, you will need a full Egyptian visa. This can be purchased on arrival at Taba International Airport at a cost of approx US$25. Eastern European passport holders and South African passports holders require a full Egyptian visa prior to travel.
