Accommodation description

The Ocean Club hotel is a friendly, courtyard style hotel built around a large swimming pool in the quiet Ras Um Sid area of Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers comfortable accomodation in a relaxed location. A courtyard style hotel with views across to the distant Sinai mountains, the hotel has a restaurant and pool bar serving hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day, as well as the Bedouin style Phoenix rooftop bar, ideal for a relaxing drink in the evening watching the glorious sunsets.

The Ocean Club has a total of 70 rooms with en suite facilities. Some rooms are single and some are twin/double.

Bed & breakfast includes

• Buffet style breakfast. A typical selection includes cooked breakfast, pastries, cold meats, fruit salad, juices, tea, and coffee.

Food and beverage

There is an a la carte restaurant and a barbecue/grill restaurant both serving hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks with different specialities every day. Alternatively, the pool side bar and the delightful rooftop bar both serve appetising snacks and meals.

• Older children can take advantage of the well known Ocean College Diving Centre right in the hotel. From age 8 or 9 children can take a half day bubble maker scuba diving course. For children over 10, there are 3 day or 5 day scuba diving courses also. These courses may be pre-booked before departure, saving up to 25% on the resort price.

Important Information

• You must have a Passport with at least 6 months validity at the time of travel.
• You may need to purchase the Egyptian Immigration Visa which can be obtained upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh for £10 sterling. (Applies to UK passport holders only, passport holders of other nations should contact the Egyptian consulate on 0207 235 9777 for advice on immigration visas).
• All passengers must have adequate valid travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
• If you purchase diving, the diving school has the right to refuse entry if they have concerns about your health. Any monies are non refundable, please ask the tour operator for further information.
