Full itinerary

• DAY 1 MONDAY
  On arrival at Luxor Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your cruise boat for overnight. D.
  
  

• DAY 2 TUESDAY
  Following breakfast today's sightseeing will include visit to the West Bank, The Valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsute and Colossi of Memnon. After lunch you will sail to Edfu. Afternoon tea and dinner will be served on board. Overnight on board in Edfu. BB + L + D.
  
  

• DAY 3 WEDNESDAY
  After breakfast, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Lunch will be served before continuing along the Nile to Kom Ombo. Afternoon tea and dinner will be served on board. Overnight on board in Edfu. BB + L + D.
  
  

• DAY 4 THURSDAY
  This morning you will sail to Aswan recognised as one of the main gateways to Africa. today's sightseeing include a visit to the High Dam, The Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. Lunch will be served on board. Afternoon at leisure followed by afternoon tea, dinner. Overnight on board in Aswan. BB + L +D.
  
  

• DAY 5 FRIDAY
  Enjoy a free morning at leisure. Lunch will be served on board followed by Felucca cruise around Kitchener's Island. Afternoon tea, dinner and overnight on board in Aswan. BB + L + D.
  
  

• DAY 6 SATURDAY
  Breakfast on board. In the morning you will sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch will be served before visiting the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris in Kom Ombo. After afternoon tea continue sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board in Esna. BB + L + D.
  
  

• DAY 7 SUNDAY
  This morning you will sail to Luxor. After lunch enjoy a visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank of the Nile. Overnight on board. BB + L + D.
  
  

• DAY 8 MONDAY
  Transfer from your hotel Luxor Airport for your return flight to the UK.

All sightseeing is included in the itinerary. There may be small local charges to pay for use of cameras etc at various sites, if you wish to take them.

NOTE: Due to operational reasons, some cruises might sail from Aswan to Luxor.

Price includes: Flights from Gatwick, Heathrow or Manchester to/from Luxor, local transfers in resort and 7 nights accommodation on full board basis plus sightseeing as per itinerary, fees and services of fully qualified, English speaking guide.

    Passport & Visa requirements

  • All visitors to Egypt must have at least six months validity on their passports from the date of arrival.
  • British and other EU passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport in Egypt, nationals of other countries are advised to contact the Egyptian embassy to check visa requirements.
    
    

    Health requirements and travelling abroad

  • You must have comprehensive travel insurance when travelling abroad. The tour operator may decline your booking if you do not have, or do not intend to have, travel insurance. The name of your insurance company will be required.
  • We recommend that you consult your GP for any relevant health requirements.
