Had to leave the hotel and book in elsewhere. Rooms were cold. Service was appalling and could not suggest an alternative to the cold room.

Great. From the minute we checked in to when we left. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was a good size and nice and clean, we didnt get the chance to use the spa and leisure facilities but we werea really pleased with the service in general. The only small criticism was that we stayed for 2 nights on a dinner bed and breakfast basis, and the choice of dinners included didn't vary much, the veggie and fish options were the same both nights and the accompaniments to the meat option were also exactly the same both nights, which meant for variation you had to upgrade to the a la carte menu. Nevertheless I cannot stress how helpful, friendly and polite we found the staff, how clean and well kept our room was, and the extra bonus was the HUGE bed!!!!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely little pool for a swim after a day out. Good location, few minuteswalk from station and bus stops right outside. Would definitely use again and recommend.

there were a lot of mistakes made on our arrival at the hotel, we wer put in a smoking room wen we asked for a non smoking one and we wer also double charged for the room! we wer extremely annoyed about the whole situation

Just 1 minute off the motorway and ideal location for those travelling by car although car park is on the small side. Excellent value for money.

A very comfortable, hotel with friendly helpful staff and all the facilities one would expect from somewhere of this rating. The spa was especially good, but we were disappointed that it closed two hours earlier than advertised on one day. Also the location of the hotel, although within an easy walk to everything, is still a bit rough. But that will probably be improving as the Glasgow regeneration progresses.

Nice hotel, however location is perhaps a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. This does have the benefit of meaning that it is substantially quieter than a city centre hotel.
