The hotel was just what we wanted, a luxury get away with great service. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the best service I have recived, the staff couldn't have done any more for us and our room, or should I say Suite!!! was incredible. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Amazing hotel.. With the best ever service ! however watch out as we booked a suite with lastminute and when we got there they tried to fob us off with a very standard double until we kicked up a fuss and we got upgrade to one of the best suites....... but other than that I cant put into words how goo dthis hotel is!

Lastminute.com proved an excellant choice and method of booking. The quality of the hotel was shere luxury and the price paid via lastminute.com without a doubt could not be matched elsewhere.

Fantastic booking service only I had on this occassion to cancel 48 hours prior to the day... called and was told ok and credit would be thro within 7 days... I had to chase the £210 pounds refund 3 times... eventually got it but did not fill me with confidence should the same situation arise... A crying shame because i am a major advocate of yours ...
