We will default to check-in on the day selected for the entertainments booking, but if you would like to check-in the day before, or extend your stay, please use the 'change Hotel dates' function on the page where you select your hotel. Please note that this does not change the date of your entertainments booking.

Ticket price & availability

• General admission tickets and Ghosts Alive normally £19.45 per adult, £12.95 per child

• Your hotel voucher will be at the bottom of your confirmation email, please present it at the hotel reception desk from 13.00
  Your tickets for Warwick Castle and its ice rink will be held for you to collect at the venue on the day of your visit
  Please remember to bring along a complete copy of your confirmation email and the credit card that you made the booking with for ID
  If you fail to bring these, you will be denied entry
  Tickets will only be issued to the credit card holder
